Linens are not provided. No smoking. Call rental office for pet policy. 10% city tax and $1000 security deposit apply to all reservations. A cleaning fee and a booking fee will be deducted from the security deposit. This property rents for 9 months during the off season, call the rental office for details. This is a Friday to Friday rental during summer months. No Air-Conditioner, but fans are provided as well as the ocean breeze!
